The most obvious charm of this is its setting - right on the banks of the Donau with, from my room, the most magnificent views of the old stone, bridge, the spires of the Dom and the wonderful old buildings of the old city on the opposite bank.
The staff were polite and helpful, without exception and the domestic staff were diligent in their care of both bed linen and bathroom. I travel a lot and the provision of wifi internet access is essential wherever I stay. The wifi service at SORAT was excellent. My one tiny quibble is that slightly more information is required about exactly how the breakfast service is organised. The first morning I had to wait longer than I wished before I discovered how to obtain that important first coffee of the day... Oh, and the bathroom was positively luxurious in size and equipment. Top marks!
